Skylights for Waltenhofen school tower

During the renovation and complete refurbishment of the Waltenhofen Elementary and Middle School, three GLASSFLOOR® Chrome skylights were installed in the schoolyard. They bring natural daylight into the hallway below, creating a significantly brighter and more welcoming atmosphere.

The walk-on skylights were custom-made to measure 2.3 × 0.8 m and precisely integrated into the exterior surface. This ensures that the playground remains fully usable, while the interior space below benefits from natural daylight.

The project demonstrates how GLASSFLOOR® combines natural light, safe accessibility, and architectural integration into a high-quality solution for renovation projects and school buildings.
