Once upon a time, glass blocks—today, walkable Glassfloor®

At the Waldmannstrasse school building, existing glass blocks were replaced with six custom-made, walk-on Glassfloor® skylights (each 3x3m) from Heliobus®. The result: significantly more daylight, a more pleasant indoor atmosphere, and bright, daylight-filled classrooms and work areas in the basement.

Natural light creates a noticeably better atmosphere, especially for the visual arts—in classrooms, studios, and specialized rooms for photo labs, digital image processing, and lesson preparation.
