Glassfloor® – A Custom Solution for the Freestyle Academy Laax
Heliobus® installed two custom-made Glassfloor® systems for Mountain Adventures AG in Laax, with total lengths of 8 m and 10 m.
The glass elements were embedded directly into the concrete frame and designed so that they—including the intermediate supports—can be removed. This ensures that even bulky equipment or furniture can still be moved in and out of the basement as needed.
Structural engineering, thermal engineering, and product planning were entirely handled by Heliobus®—a well-thought-out custom design that combines functionality, daylight, and technical precision.
