Custom made skylight for flat roof

In this hillside single-family home, GLASSFLOOR® creates a unique connection between nature, architecture, and the interior. Natural daylight streams through the generous skylight into the stairwell, creating a bright, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere.

The project was specifically advised by Heliobus® and planned in collaboration with architektur | raumdesign rosemarie säuberli. The goal was to create a daylighting solution that blends harmoniously into the architecture and noticeably enhances the interior.

The spacious GLASSFLOOR® skylight was custom-made to measure, with dimensions of 3180 × 1050 mm and a glazing pattern. The solution was delivered with a matching insulation frame to ensure optimal coordination of installation, thermal insulation, and waterproofing.
