Skylights for underground corridor - Altersheim Sömmerli St.Gallen

A walkway connects two buildings at a retirement home. Eight rectangular GLASSFLOOR® Chrome skylights, each measuring 250 × 80 cm, provide the walkway with ever-changing natural daylight in an unconventional arrangement.

The walk-through glass panels bring brightness, a sense of playfulness, and a feeling of lightness to the connection between the buildings. At the same time, they create a unique architectural spatial effect and allow people to experience natural light firsthand in their daily lives.
