For condensate-free glass interior surfaces: Requires a sensor control or corresponding building management system with sensors.

conditions, to be carried out by the client:
- separate residual current circuit breaker (FI 30 mA)
- Power supply 230 V on junction box near the floor opening (distance max. 2 m)
- Control incl. sensor / condensate sensor on the glass to heatable inner glass. Switches the heating glass on / off depending on the relative humidity.
- Possibly wireless pushbutton for manual operation
